Built by someone who has worked inside law firms for decades
TrialLift comes out of more than 25 years spent fixing how legal work actually gets done: the documents, the deadlines, and the judgment calls that live in one person's head.

Richard Schreiber
Founder, TrialLift
I didn't learn what slows a law firm down from a textbook. I've spent more than 25 years serving firms, from the largest in the country to small practices, and I've seen every bottleneck and every “we've always done it this way.”
When AI tools arrived, I saw the same pattern I had seen with every new technology. They promised speed. Then lawyers started filing briefs with citations that did not exist, and courts started sanctioning them. Speed without proof is a liability in a courtroom.
So I built TrialLift around one rule: nothing reaches your work product until it has been checked against its source. Every AI statement points to a page. Every citation is checked against real court records. Every action is on the record.
What autism taught me about systems
I'm the dad of an autistic daughter. When she was diagnosed, I became the bottleneck: the only one who knew her patterns, the only one who could make the right call. My wife and I relied on mainstream services, and we quickly learned we had to build better answers ourselves. That's how the Autism Innovation Community Foundation began.
That work taught me how to get “I just know” decisions out of one person's head and into a system a team can trust, and how to keep the reason behind each decision, not only the decision. A trial team faces the same problem every day. TrialLift is my answer to it.
